Company

Are you licensed?
Yes, we are fully compliant with Company and Driver Licensing laws. All CTS drivers have mandatory state drivers license, operator tickets for the equipment they are operating and are Blue Card accredited. Please review our licensing webpage for more details.
How do I know you will be on time?
Our aim is to provide the best service possible and we are proud of our reputation in customer service. We use a state of the art computerised scheduling system which enables us to organise our despatch and delivery times very effectively. Our front-line management team are hand-on to ensure our operations run smoothly. We also guarantee to start work on the agreed day and time and if we are late, we will pay you $20 for your inconvenience.
I need to transport a house which is an oversize load and I’m told we’ll need a pilot car. Can you arrange this?
Yes, we can arrange a solution to your oversized load and will arrange an escort if required.
What areas do you service?
You’ll see our trucks, earthmoving and tractors all over QLD, NSW and beyond.
What size trucks do you operate?
We have a range of trucks capable of transporting anything. From short haul to heavy long haul transportation, our fleet includes extendable semi-trailers and tray trucks.
What training does your company provide to employees?
All new CTS employees embark on our Driver Induction course which provides them with an understanding of our Company Expectations, Customer Service, Vehicle & Driver Equipment & Maintenance Standards, Securing Loads & Risk Management.

Drivers may also undergo site specific training if required which may include site induction and/or Health and Safety induction. Our Workplace Health & Safety Induction Course also equips new employees with information about our Risk Management Procedures, First Aid, Hazards & Hazardous Substances & their WH&S Obligations.

CTS encourages employees to enrol in additional training to enhance their driver skills and capacity and their development of our company procedures.
When was the Company established?
The Company initially started trading as “Brisbane Crane Truck Services” in 2001 and became Crane Truck Services Pty Ltd in April 2006. CEO Gary Mourilyan has been the owner and CEO since its inception.

Fleet

I need to get supplies to a new site which has limited access. Can you help?
Yes, probably! We are very experienced at negotiating site access issues. If necessary, our driver/s will undergo site specific training if we think they need to. Please call us to discuss your requirement.
We are doing some major landscaping work. Can you help with clearing and levelling of the site?
Yes, we certainly can. We have a range of earth-moving equipment and experienced driver/operators who will carry out the work the way you want it done. We guarantee you will be happy with the work we carry out or we’ll keep working until you are!
